OUR TEAM & CAPABILITIES

P.I.E. design team of highly trained and experienced engineers provide complete turn-key solutions for complex jigs, fixtures and machines design. This activity is supported by state-of-art computer software, including AutoCAD, SolidWorks and Solid Edge.

The team has two main roles to play within company. Firstly, to support the workshop floor CNC machining experts with 3D CAD issues. We able to modify or re-draw the 3D files from client to demonstrate machining issues or options and thus ensure the fastest possible resolution to problems.

Secondly, the team can undertake complete electro mechanical design project from initial concept through to prototype production, product development and so on to low or medium volume manufacture.

As part of our duty, we will always analyse and question to ensure the intentions of the designer is fully reflected in the machined item. Solutions are always specifically designed to smoothen the process for manufacturing complex and technically demanding parts.

Over the years, we have designed and produced jigs and fixtures, pneumatic assembly machines and test equipment. We have fantastic reputation within the industry as a good design team to work with.
